STEAM Beyond School
STEAM Beyond School is Atlanta SMART Academy’s Extended Care program. Our program is meant to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for students outside of normal school hours. The program will be conjoined with our After Care partner, Girls Inc.
Please note that Atlanta SMART Academy will ONLY offer Before Care!
Girls Inc. is our official After School partner and you MUST register with them separately if you would like for your Solutionist to participate in Aftercare.
Payments:
All payments are due weekly on the preceding Sunday by 11:59pm in order for your Solutionist to participate in Before Care.

Policies
Every Extended Care participant MUST Register.

Girls Inc,
Families must complete the Registration packet provided by Girls, Inc. in order to be considered for the program.
Attendance Policy
ALL Solutionists must be Registered and attendance is taken daily. Once a student is logged in for the day, a parent(s) or designated pick-up(s) will be required to sign the student out.
General School Late Pick-Up Policy
ALL students MUST be picked up by 4:00PM. A late charge of $1 for every minute past 4:00PM will be charged. Abuse of late pick-up will result in:

1st Offense:
Late payment MUST be paid. Verbal warning issued! -
2nd Offense:
Late payment MUST be paid. You MUST complete a Girls Inc, Registration packet upon late arrival. -
3rd Offense:
Late payment MUST be paid and necessary Authorities will be contacted.
After Care Late Pick-Up Policy
ALL students MUST be picked up by 6:00PM. A late charge of $1 for every minute past 6:00PM will be charged. Abuse of late pick-up will result in:

Late payment MUST be paid. Written warning issued! -
3rd Offense:
Late payment MUST be paid and Solutionist will no longer be able to use any Extended Care program.
