S.M.A.R.T After School
S.M.A.R.T After School is Atlanta SMART Academy’s Extended Care program. Our program is meant to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for students outside of normal school hours.
Atlanta SMART Academy offers BOTH Before Care and After Care!
All After School participants MUST register before participation in the program.
S.M.A.R.T After Care for the 2024-2025 Academic Year
Prices are as follows per week per child:

Drop-In Rate: $15.00 per day

Before School Program only: $ 25.00 per week

Before & After School Program: $75.00 per week

After School Program only: $50.00 per week

Registration Fee: $25.00 Annual
How to Pay
Once enrolled, your fee balance will be available on your PowerSchool Portal each week. Fees will be posted by Thursday for the upcoming week of participation. (For example, fees for the week of Monday, August 12th, will be posted on Thursday, August 8th and all fees MUST be paid by August 12th to be admitted.). If you need access to PowerSchool, please let us know. Note that for the first week of services, August 5th, there may be a delay in posting fees and processing payments
IMPORTANT:
The program is not available for non-registered Solutionists or drop-in use. Students picked up late (after 4:05 PM Monday through Thursday and after 2:05 PM on Fridays) will be placed in the S.M.A.R.T. After School program at a drop-in fee of $15.00 per child, per day.

1st Offense:
Late payment MUST be paid. Verbal warning issued! -
2nd Offense:
Late payment MUST be paid. You MUST complete a Girls Inc, Registration packet upon late arrival. -
3rd Offense:
Late payment MUST be paid and necessary Authorities will be contacted.
After Care Late Pick-Up Policy

Late payment MUST be paid. Verbal warning issued! -
2nd Offense:
Late payment MUST be paid. Written warning issued! -
3rd Offense:
Late payment MUST be paid and Solutionist will no longer be able to use any Extended Care program.
