Athletic Program
Blue Angels Athletics is about more than competition—it’s about building student-athletes who compete with heart, discipline, and pride. Our student-athletes learn that success on the court and sideline starts in the classroom. Every Blue Angel is a Solutionist first, and our programs develop Competence, Compassion, Collaboration, and Creativity through teamwork, leadership, perseverance, and academic accountability.
Through competitive sports, strong team traditions, and intentional student-athlete development, we provide Solutionists with opportunities to grow their skills, represent ASA with pride, and contribute to a strong school community. Whether driving to the basket, leading the crowd from the sideline, or excelling in the classroom, our student-athletes are expected to represent ASA with excellence in everything they do.

Welcome to the AD Corner!
Blue Angels families, this is your home base for updates from the Athletic Director. Basketball tryouts are coming up, and every student-athlete must have a current sports physical on file before they can compete. No physical, no play. If your student needs one, physicals are available at local CVS MinuteClinic locations, where you can walk in or book an appointment online. Once the physical is complete, please turn it in to Mr. Dove. Our full Basketball schedule is posted below. Remember, every Blue Angel is a student first, and we’ll be checking in on grades weekly. Our athletic program is competitive and based on tryouts. Every sport requires dues and fundraising, which vary by team and cover coaching fees, uniforms, custom warm-ups, custom backpacks/duffels, transportation, practice venue rentals, and an end-of-season awards banquet.
